eMagazines: What are They and How Do I Read Them?

eMagazines are electronic or digitized versions of print magazines. By using an app or website, they can be easily downloaded to devices such as your smartphone, eReader, tablet, or computer.

Thousands of eMagazines are available to download for free with your Salina Library card. If you don’t have a library card, you can apply for one here.

When you read an eMagazine on your device, you are in control of the text size and screen brightness, making it easy to adjust for your preferences and visual needs. A device can also hold many, many eMagazines at once, so it’s convenient to have multiple issues at your fingertips without actually carrying them with you.

Do you need help using your smartphone, tablet, or computer to get started reading eMagazines?  One-on-one technology help appointments are now available.  Appointments last up to 1 hour.  Registration is required.  Masks are required.  Please visit the online calendar here, or call the library at 315-454-4524 to make an appointment.
